The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) welcomed officials from the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) on September 11, 2025, for a Partnership Review (PR).
The visiting PNVSCA team was led by its Mr. Donald James Gawe, Excutive Director; and Anthony K. Bagano, Jr. and Sheena C. Alcala, Volunteer Officers II. Before the review proper, they conducted courtesy visits to Dr. Allan B. Del Rosario, Campus Administrator and Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, University President.
The Performance Review focused on assessing progress made since the MOA’s signing; identifying challenges encountered and finding effective solutions; enhancing collaboration through and with the academe and community; and planning for the future. Participating in the PR were Dr. Philip N. Nacario, Director of Resilience Center and Mr. Genlud S. BAscuna, DRRM Officer & Coordinator and Volunteerism Focal Person.
Through this collaborative effort, CBSUA reaffirms its commitment to integrating volunteerism into academic programs and extension activities, furthering its vision of being a center for transformative education and community service.
