The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture warmly welcomed Mr. Drew Reese Raskin, a US Peace Corps (USPC) volunteer teacher assigned to the university Laboratory High School. He was officially introduced to the CBSUA community during the Flag Ceremony on September 29, 2025.
In his message, Mr. Raskin expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve CBSUA and shared his excitement about working with his fellow teachers and employees. As part of his preliminary engagements, he conducted courtesy visits to the University President and Vice Presidents. Set to be part of the local community for a long time, he was introduced to the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Marivic Solano, who extended her best wishes for his stay in the locality.
Mr. Raskin will spend his time in CBSUA, working with fellow teachers at the CBSUA-Laboratory High School. Having a double degree in Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship, he will also be imparting his expertise to the College of Economics and Management.
