The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) held a partnership meeting with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)-Camarines Sur Office, on December 1, 2025, at the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR), to discuss matters regarding its collaboration on the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).
This program is set to be implemented on selected municipalities of the province. It will be a capability-building program of DSWD that aims to help the vulnerable, marginalized, and disadvantaged sectors, households, individuals, and communities to improve their socio-economic conditions by accessing and acquiring livelihood assets.
