The program opened with a welcome message delivered by Cherry Love B. Montales, Vice President for Business and External Affairs, who emphasized the importance of reflecting on the year’s accomplishments while collectively shaping strategies for the coming year. She highlighted the role of collaboration across academic, administrative, and support units in achieving the university’s targets.
Presentations on the 2025 accomplishments followed, led by key university officials: Gladys G. Rosales, Director of the University Business Affairs Office; Immaculate E. Falabi, Director for Resource Generation; Christopher B. Dacer, Director of ILSPO; and Mariss G. Encinares, Campus IRO Coordinator for Calabanga. Each presentation showcased key initiatives, operational highlights, and gains achieved by their respective offices throughout the year.
The second part of the session focused on strategic planning, where unit heads, coordinators, and staff actively engaged in discussions on issues faced during the 2025 implementation of their quality objectives and proposed PPAs for 2026. The Year-End Accomplishment Report and Strategic Planning Session served as a vital platform for aligning unit-level plans with CBSUA’s broader goals, ensuring that future programs and initiatives remain responsive, sustainable, and inclusive. | 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘋𝘳.
