CBSUA garners 100% passing rate in ABE Licensure Exam

A Recognition and Testimonial Ceremony was held to honor the new batch of CBSUA Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer (ABE) on September 21, 2018 at the Alvaro Rabina Hall. All of the 20 CBSUA graduates who took the licensure exam on August 22-23, 2018 passed thus, accounting to 100% passing rate.

During the ceremony, the newly-licensed engineers shared their hardships and challenges in their college days, their jitters and hopes during the exam, and their gratitude to their families, friends, and professors. One of the passers, Engr. Lhizel L. Claveria said, "Wala kaming topnotcher, wala kaming 2nd or 3rd placer sa batch namin sa Exam, pero ito naman yung pambawi naming Batch, yung 100% passing rate sa exam." (We do not have a topnotcher, we do not have a 2nd or 3rd placer in our batch in the exam but this is how our batch redeem ourselves, the 100% passing rate in the exam). She ended by challenging the undergraduate ABE students  with these words, "Kung kinaya ng naunang batch at kinaya rin namin, for sure kaya nyo rin!" (If the batch ahead of us did it and we did it, for sure your batch can also do it!)

The event ended with a ceremonial toast to the newly-licensed engineers which was led by the Engr. Rolando G. De Asis, OIC-Office of the President and Engr. Joel L. Sadol, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Food Sciences.
