The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), through its OSAS–Guidance and Counseling Unit, welcomed the Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) for a Benchmarking Activity on October 3, 2025, at the CBSUA Student Center.
In the benchmarking activity proper, the unit showcased its existing programs focusing on student orientation, crisis intervention, and mental health advocacy. These initiatives highlighted CBSUA’s commitment to strengthening student services and promoting holistic development.
