The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture and Archipelago Education Consultancy OPC sealed their partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding signing on September 4, 2025, at the Ateneo de Naga University, held in parallel with Language and Literature International Conference (LLICON) 2025.
This collaboration opens doors to student mobility and visiting scholar programs, academic and research partnerships, joint publications, exchange of academic resources, and participation in scholarly activities such as courses, seminars, trainings, and conferences.
Representing Central Bicol State University of Agriculture is SUC President IV, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, with the Director for International Relations, Dr. Cherry Love Montales. In his message, Dr. Naperi conveyed his keen interest in the earliest inception of the activities set in the MOU, particularly the student study abroad and faculty abroad programs. Dominic Archer, Chief Executive Officer of Archipelago Education Consultancy OPC, openly accommodated plans and arrangements for the said partnership.
This global collaboration is another testament to CBSUA’s position as a leading academic institution that champions internationalization initiatives.
