CBSUA MOVES CLOSER TO PRIME-HRM LEVEL III THROUGH CSC RO V BENCHMARKING

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) conducted a benchmarking activity on March 25, 2026, at the Civil Service Commission Regional Office V (CSC RO V) as part of its preparations for Maturity Level III under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

The activity focused on strengthening the University’s Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) by adopting best practices and aligning them more closely with CSC standards across the four core HR systems.

CBSUA representatives engaged CSC officials in discussions on strategic HR initiatives, compliance mechanisms, and documentation requirements to ensure that institutional processes meet national standards.
