CBSUA HANDS OVER DR. NACARIO TO BISCAST

Following the flag-raising ceremony today, October 20, 2025, officials from the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), led by Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, participated in the Handover Ceremony for the institution’s former colleague, now BISCAST President Dr. Charlie P. Nacario.

The CBSUA contingent was warmly received by outgoing OIC President Dr. DeAnna C. Regnim, along with BISCAST officials, students, and employees. The event also served as the official kickoff for BISCAST’s 13th Charter Anniversary, inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
