CBSUA HONORED AS KEY PARTNER IN ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

The Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) recognized the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) for its significant contributions to the Integrated Watershed Management Program (IWMP) at a recent awards ceremony. The event, held today, August 11, 2025, at the Sundaze Hotel in Naga City, celebrated partnerships under the theme “Honoring Our Alliance: Celebrating Collective Impact in Watershed Stewardship.”

The MNWD specifically highlighted CBSUA’s invaluable support and collaboration in implementing various initiatives that promote environmental awareness, conservation, and cultural integration.

This recognition reflects the university’s strong commitment to sustainability, championed by the CBSUA Resilience Center (CRC) and the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). The university’s efforts have been instrumental in protecting the environment and developing new environmental champions in the community.
