The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) took part in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing for the establishment of the Bicol Riser Consortium for Fiscal Year 2026, spearheaded by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Region V, on February 5, 2026, at the Vela Hotel, Legazpi City.
Representing CBSUA during the event were University President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and Research Director Dr. Mae S.A.
