Representatives from the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) met with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the Local Government Unit of Sipocot today, March 13, 2026, for the onboarding meeting of the DOST Smart and Sustainable Communities (SSC) Program.
