CBSUA JOINS THE NATION IN CELEBRATING NATIONAL VOLUNTEER MONTH

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), led by the CBSUA Resilience Center, Volunteer Management Unit (CRC-VMU), kicked off the celebration of National Volunteer Month on December 1, 2025.

To mark the beginning of the celebration, various student organizations under the CRC-VMU joined the parade of volunteers, which circled the campus grounds. These student organizations include the Gryphon Fire Volunteer and Rescue Unit, the Red Cross Youth Council, and the Disaster Response and Recovery Operation Unit.

The celebration aimed to highlight, recognize, and promote volunteerism in the university and in the nation at large. The CRC-VMU will hold a week-long celebration with a series of activities to reaffirm the university’s support for the event. Upcoming activities to look forward to are exhibit, gallery walk, campaigns, International Volunteers Day Celebration, and volunteers’ night.
