To address matters that directly affect employees and the academic community, the CBSUA NTEA Inc., and the CBSUA Faculty Union held a Management Consultative Meeting with the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) administration, on August 26, 2025.
The key agenda item, the Draft Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), reflects the continuing efforts of the associations to represent the welfare and interests of their members. By creating an avenue for open discussion, the meeting aims to foster mutual trust, transparency, and cooperation. Moreover, in this consultative process, the parties were able to present proposals, clarify concerns, and work collaboratively toward agreements that uphold fairness, accountability, and shared responsibility.
