The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) โ Pasacao Campus formalized new partnerships through the signing of Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with several institutions and local government units on May 11, 2026.
CBSUA President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi and Pasacao Campus Administrator Dr. Kristine May C. Regaspi led the ceremony.
Among the partner institutions were Camarines Sur Institute of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, represented by Dr. Rita Obsequio and Joseph Christian Oliguino; Naga College Foundation, represented by Atty. Carlo Villanueva Jr.; and PEER Learning Inc., represented by CEO Dr. Romeo Luzuriaga.
Also joining the signing were local government partners: LGU Pasacao led by Mayor Hon. Niรฑo A. Tayco; LGU Cabusao under Mayor Hon. Jose Gil A. Aguilar; LGU San Pascual with Ms. Alona Morales; and LGU Libmanan headed by Mayor Hon. Edelson Marfil.
