The Scholarship and Financial Assistance Unit (SFAO), under the Office of the Student Affairs Services (OSAS), conducted PROJECT: FLARE โ Financial Literacy Talk, on December 1, 2025, at the Student Center with its new TES and TDP scholars.
The activity highlighted insightfulย discussions on Managing Stipends and Financial Literacy delivered by University Accountant, Ms. Jemirah Blessing Cantoria, who emphasized the importance of smart budgeting, and managing stipends responsibly. Her talk provided scholars with practical tips on how to maximize their allowances and build healthy financial habits that will benefit them even beyond their academic journey.
Following the lecture, an open forum was held to address concerns and questions from scholars. Dr. Imari Meryl Roxas facilitated the TES and TDP query session, ensuring that student concerns were clarified and properly guided. Additionally, Sir Emmanuel Nasol Jr. presented the TES Procedures, giving students a clearer understanding of the processes and requirements related to their scholarship benefits.
