Master of Science in Plant Science (MS PS)

Objectives: 

  • Develop the students’ expertise in crop research, production and management to attain increased productivity of crops grown;
  • Strengthen knowledge of, and technical skills in crop production technologies (e.g. design of appropriate cropping pattern for the different agro ecological zones);
  • Prepare the students for competence in instruction and in complementing research,extension and technologies in production; and
  • Provide students the opportunity to gain entrance to higher degree program.
