Admission Requirements

High School Freshmen

  1. Students shall be accepted regardless of age, sex, nationality, religious beliefs, socio-economic status, or political affiliations.
  2. Students must be elementary graduates from any recognized school.
  3. Students must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the College:
    1. Order of payment for High School Admission Test to be secured from the Office of the Principal;
    2. Filled up Application Form for Admission;
    3. Complete and valid credentials
      1. Form 138 (GWA of 80% and above)
      2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
      3. Birth Certificate (1 original and 1 photo copy)
      4. Medical and Dental Examination Certificates
      5. Average Grade Requirement set by the Institute of Development Education (IDE)- Laboratory School; and,
      6. Result of the Interview conducted by the IDE-Laboratory High School.
    4. Three (3) copies 1.5″ x 1.5″ colored pictures with green background
    5. Examination Fee PhP 50 (at the Cashiers Office)
  4. Students must comply and abide with the rules and regulations of the College.
