Admission Requirements

Transferees

  1. Students must meet the following prescribed admission requirements:
    1. Order of payment for the College Entrance Examination (CEE) to be secured from the Accounting Office;
    2. Qualified CEE results;
    3. Filled up Application Form for Admission
    4. Accomplished Student Directory Form
    5. Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
    6. Original Copy of Transcript of Records/Certification of subjects taken and corresponding grades certified by the Registrar.
    7. Medical and Dental Examination Certificate
    8. Police Clearance
    9. Photo copy of NSO Birth Certificate
    10. Three copies 1.5″ x 1.5″ pictures
    11. Result of the interview conducted by the Institute/Department
    12. Result of the Interview conducted by the Guidance Counselor
  2. Students must comply and abide with the rules and regulations of the College.
