University Public Information Office

The Public Information Office serves as the University Liaison unit responsible for creating and enabling communication between the institution and its stakeholders, gathering facts, producing printed and video material about the organization for dissemination to the public, and maintaining social media presence.

The Office shall be headed by the Public Information Officer with the following duties and responsibilities:

a. Act as spokesperson of the University President;
b. Gather and organize information materials for dissemination to the public and for extension purposes;
c. Coordinate schedule of visits of important guests of the University or any of its projects and programs;
d. Prepare the annual report of the University;
e. Take charge of the regular release of the University Newsletter, and
f. Perform other duties and functions as delegated by the University President.
