The Regional Apiculture Center-Bicol is under the supervision of the Office of the President. The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources directly involved in its operation as the center’s director and coordinators are faculty members of the College and are designated to manage the center. The two designated technical staff are non-teaching personnel. Moreover, RAC-Bicol supported the operation of the university in terms of instruction, research, extension, and production.
