For a teacher it is a must that he/she be well trained in the different pedagogies he/she can use in the profession. That is why competent and innovative teachers help develop the potentials of the students of the College of Development Education.
As early as their third year of stay in the college, they are immersed in the many teaching activities a teacher should be capable of doing, that includes making their own lesson plan, instructional materials, and of course demonstrating it in class.
