The College aims to:

a. Provide an access to Bicolano students to a quality
veterinary medicine curricular program;
b. Provide students with adequate clinical trainings in a
wide variety of animals and opportunities to handle cases
involving animal health care and management, and
veterinary public health;
c. Encourage students to perform independent studies,
scientific researches in veterinary and ethnoveterinary
medicine and extension services to the community; and
d. Support animal health programs of the national
government, stakeholders and non-government
organizations.
