The Graduate School is headed by a Dean which aims to:

a. Train development-oriented managers and experts in
agri-sciences, environmental resources, disaster risk and
cooperative management, entrepreneurship and
development education who shall serve as catalysts for
countryside development;
b. Contribute to the advancement of the body of knowledge
through the conduct of academic researches;
c. Provide extension, outreach and public service that will
improve the quality of life of the people in the service
communities; and
d. Sustain quality assurance in instruction, research,
community engagements and academic governance;
