CBSUA employees received in-kind donations from the Alumni of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture on 10 May 2020.
Central Bicol State University of Agriculture alumni, BS Food Technology graduate, Mr. Cortes Rodriguez, and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office 5 employees, Ms. Maria Elsa Malna offered three (3) tubs of assorted fish, krill, and squids for the frontline workers that serve in the university.
There were 168 front liners and employees of the CBSUA who benefited from the assorted fish donated by Mr. Rodriguez and Ms. Malna of BFAR. The amount of donated goods is P500.00 for each tub of fish with a total of P1500.00.
With the challenge faced by the CBSUA community after the Luzon-wide lockdown in March 2020, students and employees of the University alike were affected struggling to survive the daily living.
