- A lost book must report immediately to the library staff on duty to avoid the accumulation of fines;
- A book reported lost must be replaced with the latest edition of the same title not later than two (2) weeks after the librarian has notified of its loss. If the book is out of print a replacement of book with related subject of current edition will be accepted after a thorough search of the original book/s in the various bookstores.
Accrued fines shall be charged after the librarian has notified the concerned person regarding the lost book reported.
