Any client not connected with the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture(CBSUA) who wants to avail of the services of the Library must present the following:
Validated School I.D./Employees I.D./PRC I.D.
Request / Referral letter from the librarian of the school he/she is presently enrolled (if the client is a student.)
He/She can use the Library resources for room use reading only. For the photocopy of the library material, the borrower will be accompanied by the library student assistant to bring out the material and must leave his/her validated I.D.
