The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) reinforced its partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) as newly appointed Jail Warden JCInsp. Ralph Vincent M. Bobis, together with Jail Officer 2 Glen E. Climaco, paid a courtesy visit to University President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi on February 4, 2026.
The meeting focused on strengthening the implementation of the Education Behind Bars initiative, which provides higher education opportunities to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).
Also present were the newly designated Dean of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) and Technical Working Group members Prof. Emerson Bergonio, Prof. Lea L. Pacao, Prof. Edlynne Kaith Manlangit, and Prof. Lily John B.
