Members of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture Non-Teaching Employees Association, Inc. (CBSUA-NTEA) from the University’s four campuses gathered for the 2026 General Assembly on May 14, 2026, at the Alvaro Rabina Hall, CBSUA Pili Campus.
The assembly served as the Association’s annual venue for presenting accomplishments, financial reports, and updates on policies and programs. It also covered matters requiring approval of the general membership.
In his report, NTEA President Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, RN, cited key accomplishments of the current set of officers, including the implementation of the revised Constitution and By-Laws, approval of the Unified Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) with the Faculty Union, completion of SEC and BIR registrations, and improvements in financial management systems.
He also reported the strengthening of Local NTEA chapters across campuses and the conduct of regular meetings and consultations to support broader member participation in decision-making.
“These reforms were not merely changes on paper. They were meant to strengthen responsibility, accountability, and professionalism within the Association,” Razal said.
Welfare and development initiatives were likewise implemented during the term, including retreats, seminars, wellness activities, financial literacy sessions, outreach programs, and anniversary celebrations aimed at promoting unity among non-teaching personnel.
As the current officers conclude their term, Razal thanked the members for their continued support and underscored the importance of unity in sustaining the Association’s initiatives.
The said assembly reasserted CBSUA-NTEA’s commitment to transparency, participation, and the continued advancement of the welfare of non-teaching personnel in support of the University’s goals.
