On December 20, 2022, the Dean of the College of Development Education, Dr. Raquel Mañago Reapor, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Benguet State University College of Teacher Education through its president, Dr. Felipe Salaing Comila, and the Dean of the college, Dr. Divina Manuel Yango.
The said Memorandum includes the conduct of research and extension, as well as the inclusion of student interns exchange program for the second semester of School Year 2022-2023.
