The Legal Office of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) hosted a benchmarking activity with representatives from the Legal Affairs Offices of Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) and Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) on December 5, 2024. The event focused on sharing best practices in legal operations, policies, administrative procedures, compliance with education laws, government regulations, and strategies for effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and private partners.
The benchmarking initiative provided a platform for collaboration and the exchange of insights, helping all parties align their legal frameworks with best practices in higher education governance and strategies for managing contracts, disputes, and liabilities to improve institutional resilience.
