In the University’s bid to institutionalize the development and upskilling of its Human Resources, CBSUA sealed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Civil Service Commission on the use of the University’s facilities and resources for the conduct of Civil Service Examinations-Pen and Paper Test on May 22, 2023, at the Alvaro Rabina Hall.
This initiative of the University is in connection with the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028. CBSUA unifies its own vision and mission with the government’s goal of providing equal opportunities to all Filipinos.
