The Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC) spearheaded the Supreme Student Council (SSC) Miting de Avance held at the CBSUA Alvaro Rabina Hall on February 14, 2024, where aspiring student leaders presented their platforms and plans before the university community.
During the program, candidates delivered speeches highlighting their proposed initiatives to address key student concerns. Their platforms covered a range of priorities, including academic support programs, mental health services, and campus sustainability efforts—each offering a distinct vision for the future of the University.
An open forum followed, during which candidates responded to a series of pressing questions from the audience. The exchange sparked meaningful discussion as aspirants addressed issues such as environmental sustainability, student welfare, and overall campus development.
As election day approaches, COMSELEC reminds the student body to choose leaders who are committed to serving the community, upholding student welfare, and fulfilling their responsibilities with integrity. | Report and photos from The Stateans Publication
