The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) is currently conducting a benchmarking activity at the Department of Agriculture–Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC) at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen livestock development initiatives in the Bicol Region, today, November 17, 2025.
This visit forms part of the University’s strategic move to explore potential collaborations with PCC in establishing the first-ever Regional Carabao Center in Bicol. Such a facility is envisioned to become a major hub for carabao-based enterprise development, genetic improvement, and innovative dairy and meat value-chain programs in the region.
