CBSUA GUIDES CSPC IN GENDER-RESPONSIVE PLANNING AND BUDGETING WORKSHOP

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) Regional GAD Resource Center served as the key facilitator and resource provider for the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges’ (CSPC) Gender and Development (GAD) Planning & Budgeting for FY 2026 Workshop held on November 20-21, 2025, at 11th Earth Farm Resort, Nabua.

With the theme “Strengthening Gender-Responsive Planning and Budgeting Towards Inclusive Institutional Development,” the workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the GAD agenda while collaboratively crafting CSPC’s plans and activities for the upcoming year. An insightful orientation on Gender and Development followed, introducing foundational concepts of inclusive and gender-responsive planning.

CBSUA Regional GAD Resource Center, led by Director Glenn E. Redecilla, along with Project Heads Dr. Raquel Reapor, Mr. Sherwin Baja, Mr. Mark David Diaz, and Mr. Gochoel Bermas-GAD staff, together with the CSPC GAD Office, facilitated a dynamic and interactive workshop. Participants were guided through practical exercises and planning strategies to embed gender equity into institutional objectives and budgeting processes.
