The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) has once again affirmed its role as a leader in higher education. Today, April 2, 2025, at the Manila Hotel, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) bestowed its Excellence in Quality Assurance in Teacher Education (EQUATE) Awards upon three CBSUA campuses: Calabanga, Pili, and Sipocot.
This significant honor positions CBSUA within the top tier of teacher education institutions in the Philippines, ranking among the 120 High Performing TEIs out of 1,553 nationwide. The EQUATE Awards acknowledge CBSUA’s unwavering commitment to CHED’s high standards, its exemplary program accreditation, and the consistent success of its graduates in the Board of Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT). This recognition highlights CBSUA’s ongoing efforts to cultivate exceptional educators for the future.
The university celebrates this achievement as a shared triumph, recognizing the invaluable contributions of its dedicated faculty, committed staff, supportive administration, and driven students.
