The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) warmly welcomed officials and new scholars from the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) during the Orientation for the Sugarcane Industry Development Act Human Resource Development Program (SIDA HRDP) held on December 3, 2025, at the Student Center.
Dr. Imari Meryl Roxas, Scholarship and Financial Assistance Coordinator, opened the program with heartfelt welcome greetings expressing the institutionโs pride in hosting the event and supporting scholars who will play a vital role in the future of the sugar industry.
