The Bachelor of Science in Biology Program of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) conducted the BIO-REINFORCE: Capacity-Building Workshop on Developing Standardized Instructional Materials for Biology on March 16, 2026, at the Farmers Training Hall.
Aimed at enhancing faculty capabilities, the activity focused on developing standardized, learner-centered, and outcomes-based instructional materials for biology-related subjects to support improved teaching and learning delivery.
The workshop was spearheaded by Imelda Corazon C. Camposano, MSc, and Shela V. Ruiz, MBiEd, in collaboration with BS Biology faculty, with support from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Dean, Assoc. Prof. Katrina G. Gepilano.

The activity was conducted in a hybrid format, with onsite participation from CBSUA faculty and virtual engagement from selected DepEd Naga teachers and students, expanding the reach of the initiative to the wider academic community.
An afternoon workshop session was facilitated by members of the Instructional Materials (IMs) Committee, including Ms. Presbel B. Presto and Ms. Francia C.
