The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) and Naga College Foundation (NCF) strengthened their institutional ties through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Academics, Internationalization, and Quality Assurance today, March 23, 2026, at NCF Casa Lourdes.
Officials from both institutions discussed key areas of collaboration in instruction, internationalization, and quality assurance. NCF President Mr. Mario C. Villanueva emphasized the role of academic partnerships in strengthening institutional development, while CBSUA Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Melinda P. Pan, representing President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, reaffirmed the universityโs commitment to sustained collaboration and knowledge exchange.
NCF Vice President for Digital Transformation and Director for Quality Assurance Dr. Sheila B. Bordado delivered the closing message, highlighting the importance of sustained collaboration between the two institutions.
