The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) Pasacao Campus, in collaboration with the U.S. Peace Corps, hosted an environmental learning activity on October 7, 2026, designed to strengthen youth involvement in coastal and ecosystem care.

The program brought together 30 students from the BS Environmental Science and BS Marine Biology courses, offering them an interactive platform to explore global and local perspectives on marine resource management, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable coastal practices.

Guided by Peace Corps Volunteers and CBSUA faculty members, the session emphasized cross-cultural approaches and practical discussions that highlighted the pressing challenges faced by coastal ecosystems.

This initiative is part of CBSUA Pasacao’s continuing efforts to nurture leadership, environmental stewardship, and community participation among its future professionals in the field of environmental science. | 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘰 𝘎𝘢𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘭 𝘈𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦
