The Student Assistantship and Incentives Program (SAIP) offers students valuable hands-on learning experiences that enhance their skills and knowledge in real-world settings. This program promotes the holistic development of students by allowing them to cultivate their talents in arts, sports, and publishing. Students’ participation in SAIP provide opportunity to address their financial needs while gaining practical work experience in university offices and on various projects.
As office assistants, students benefit from continuous mentoring and guidance from seasoned staff, providing them with insight into the dynamics of a professional environment. They will engage in administrative and clerical tasks, gaining a deeper understanding of workplace operations. Additionally, the Incentives Program encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, including arts and culture, sports, and student publications, motivating them to take part in competitions and events both on and off campus.
