Technology Packaging and Transfer packages and disseminates field validated technologies for their appropriateness to the demands and needs of the community. It utilizes mass media and other strategies to create greater awareness and interest in the adoption of technologies.
Strategies include:
a. Distance Education through the Agrikultura at Iba Pa: Aramon ta! – a specialized magazine-type radio program offered by CBSUA and aired every 5:00 to 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays by a local radio station.
b. Knowledge Management and Publication through the production of IEC materials on mature technologies.
c. Other strategies such as Forums and Exhibits are also tapped.
