Bicol Federation of Dairy Cooperative invited SUC President, Dr. Alberto N. Naperi as one of the Empowering Speaker of the Reopening of BFDC Dairy and Organic Trading Post on 8 May 2021.
Represented by the Vice President of Research and Innovation, Dr. Ramona Isabel Ramirez, Dr. Naperi extended continued commitment to the partnership.
According to VP, Dr. Ramona Isabel Ramirez, this is the Land O’Lakes where CBSUA experts from the Animal Science and Food Science Departments contributed their expertise in animal care and product development. Moreober, some CBSUA faculty are members of the cooperative and few are Board of Directors.
The reopening of BFDC Dairy and Organic Trading Post aims to reignite its marketing by offering healthy and affordable agricultural commodities to the people, especially at this time, when communities are also adapting to new normal.
