CBSUA ENGINEERS HONORED IN 15TH PSABE REGIONAL CONVENTION

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) proudly congratulates Engr. Dulce Maria Abigail Alto-Jastio (Instructor I), Engr. Marife L. Pesino, PhD, ASEAN Engg (Professor IV), and Engr. Lynet C. Alto (Assistant Professor III) who were honored during the 15th Philippine Society of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers (PSABE) Regional Convention on December 5, 2025, in Binatagan, Ligao City, Albay.

Engr. Jastio was honored with the ๐—ฃ๐—ฆ๐—”๐—•๐—˜ ๐—•๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ for her service as Business Manager for CY 2025โ€“2026, and was elected as the President of the PSABE Camarines Sur Chapter and Vice President of the PSABE Bicol Chapter, reflecting her colleaguesโ€™ strong confidence in her leadership.

Meanwhile, Engr. Pesino received a ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ for her steadfast support and valuable contribution to the organizationโ€™s programs and activities, serving as an inspiration to fellow agricultural and biosystems engineers across the region.

Engr. Alto was conferred the ๐—ข๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ด ๐—”๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—•๐—ถ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜†๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ๐˜€ ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ. This distinction is given to young professionals who demonstrate exceptional promise, leadership potential, and commitment to the advancement of the ABE profession.

The recognitions were formally presented by Ryan J. De Real, President of the PSABE Bicol Chapter, during the final session of the convention.

The PSABE Bicol Chapter continues its commitment to fostering excellence, strengthening regional technical capacity, and supporting climate-resilient agricultural development. This yearโ€™s awardees represent the collective dedication of Bicolano agricultural and biosystems engineers in championing sustainable and innovative solutions for the region.
