Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center V (ATI-RTC 5) and Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) stating that the two parties will coordinate and collaborate in the implementation of the Online Distance Learning (ODL) for CBSUA students and ATI Agriculture and Fishery (AF) stakeholders. Signing took place at ATI Training Center, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur on 17 August 2020.
