The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) renewed its partnership with the Agricultural Training Institute–Regional Training Center V (ATI-RTC V) through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) during ATI Bicol’s 39th Founding Anniversary on February 6, 2026, at Isarog Hall, San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur.

CBSUA was represented by Vice President for Research and Innovation Dr. Dariel A. Palmiano on behalf of University President Dr. Alberto N. Naperi, together with Extension Director Ms. Abigail V. Guinoo, while the MOA was signed for ATI-RTC V by Center Director Engr. Joey A. Belarmino, along with Ms. Primalou Imperial and Mr. Justin Rose C. Tubig.

The renewed agreement highlights the ongoing collaboration between CBSUA and ATI-RTC V in delivering extension programs, training sessions, and technical assistance to farmers, fisherfolk, and other agricultural stakeholders in the region. Both institutions emphasized their commitment to enhancing extension services and ensuring wider access to agricultural innovations.

Celebrating the theme “Driving Agricultural Excellence Through Service and Accountability,” the anniversary provided a platform to strengthen partnerships aimed at advancing agricultural development, building capacity, fostering innovation, and promoting agri-technology across the region.

The event also showcased ATI’s forward-looking initiatives, including the Innovation and Technology Transfer Hub and the Knowledge Resource Center, designed to provide farmers, students, and extension workers with accessible learning resources and practical skills. In addition, the AgriKids Coloring Book was launched as an educational tool to raise agricultural awareness among young learners. | 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘣𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯 𝘙. 𝘔𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘯
