The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture held its two-day Operational Planning Workshop for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Alvaro Rabina Hall on November 19-20, 2025. This activity brought together university officials, unit heads, and key personnel to review accomplishments, align priorities, and strengthen the institution’s direction for the coming year.
First day focused on discussing identified targets for the different units in the university. This involved rigorous planning and thinking ahead about what possible actions the unit can undertake to achieve the target in the upcoming year. Outputs were then presented by the different groups to all the participants for feedback. This was complemented in the activities on the second day, which mainly centered on crafting necessary documents to achieve the different units’ targets.
The workshop provided a vital venue for formulating forward-looking strategies and actionable plans that support CBSUA’s mission and goals. The event was also designed to enhance the effectiveness of operations in delivering quality service to its stakeholders, ensuring that the university remains responsive, efficient, and future-ready.
