CBSUA CONDUCTS TWO-DAY DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SESSION FOR ILSP SYSTEM

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, through its Institutional Linkages and Special Projects Office, successfully conducted a two-day Digital Transformation Project session focused on the ILSP System, on May 20โ€“21, 2026, highlighting Knowledge Transfer (KT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities aimed at strengthening institutional digital services and improving system efficiency.

The first day of the activity was conducted onsite and attended by university directors and coordinators. The session featured an orientation and technical walkthrough of the ILSP System, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of its features, processes, and functionalities. Discussions focused on workflow integration, data management enhancement, and aligning the system with the operational requirements of various university offices.

The second day was held through an online Zoom session attended by college deans, program chairpersons, and legal officers. The activity emphasized User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where stakeholders assessed the systemโ€™s usability, accuracy, and effectiveness in supporting academic and administrative processes. Feedback and recommendations gathered during the testing were documented to guide further refinement and improvement of the platform.

The Knowledge Transfer (KT) component played a key role in equipping end-users with the necessary guidance on system navigation and utilization. The session also served as a collaborative venue for stakeholders to share insights and recommendations to ensure that the digital transformation initiative remains responsive to institutional needs.

University officials emphasized that the initiative forms part of CBSUAโ€™s continuing efforts to modernize institutional services through digital innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen inter-office connectivity across academic and administrative units.

The successful conduct of the two-day session reflects CBSUAโ€™s commitment to advancing technology-driven governance and improving service delivery throughout the university.| ๐˜™๐˜ฆ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ต ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜ด ๐˜ง๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ ๐˜Ž๐˜ฐ๐˜ค๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ ๐˜Œ.
