CBSUA FACULTY, STAFF BEGIN SEMESTER WITH “READY, SET, SERVE” PROGRAM

Faculty and non-teaching personnel of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) began the new semester with the “READY, SET, SERVE: CBSUA Semester Opening Program for Faculty and Non-Teaching Human Resource”, on August 11, 2026, at the Alvaro Rabina Hall, with employees from the University’s four campuses also joining onsite and via Zoom.

The three-day In-Service Learning and Development (L&D) Program, scheduled on August 11–13, provides faculty and non-teaching personnel with sessions on the University’s direction, workplace culture, employee well-being, and government benefits.

HRMDO Supervising Administrative Officer Mr. Luigi Lorenzo N. Razal, RN opened the program with a message encouraging employees to continue learning, adapt to changes, and develop professionally as they begin another academic year.

Razal also explained the three-part theme of the program, urging employees to “READY” themselves to learn and grow, “SET” themselves with the University’s direction, and “SERVE” with competence, professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

The first day covered the University and Strategic Directions for AY 2026–2027; organizational culture, collaboration, and commitment; mental health, work-life balance, and employee well-being; and government employee benefits, including GSIS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.

The program will continue on August 12 and 13, with additional sessions intended to provide faculty and non-teaching personnel with knowledge and skills relevant to their work and responsibilities in the University.
