The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) hosted the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) in a benchmarking activity on August 26, 2026, featuring the University’s business operations, financial and liquidation processes, and other initiatives and services.
The CSPC delegation was led by Engr. Lalaine M. Lastrollo, PhD, Director of Production and Auxiliary Services, together with Kristine Joan M. Baldago, Project Development Officer III, and Jeffrey A. Canonce and Maynard C. Ocampo, Fablab Technicians. The activity included discussions on the University’s financial and liquidation processes, the establishment and operation of the CBSUA Water Refilling Station, and the challenges encountered in managing various initiatives.
The delegation also visited the CBSUA Agriville and Learning Hub, where discussions centered on technology commercialization and the initiatives of the Technology Commercialization and Promotions Division. Buster Ibarbia, Project Development Officer III, shared insights on the University’s efforts in promoting and bringing CBSUA-developed technologies and innovations to wider markets.
The benchmarking activity served as a venue for knowledge sharing where both institutions provided valuable insights that may support the continuous improvement of their development initiatives.
